Seniors
Invited to Enter the Annual On Wednesday, May 28, 2014, an estimated 100,000 older adults across America will participate in the 21st annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day (NSHFD), the nation's largest annual health and fitness event for older adults. Every fall, NSHFD sponsors a theme contest to select a slogan for the next year's event. Adults age 50 and older are eligible to submit a contest entry. The winning entrant will receive a cash prize, and the winning theme will appear on National Senior Health & Fitness Day materials. The theme should be a short phrase or sentence that focuses attention on the importance and fun of regular physical activity for older adults. For example, the winning slogan for 2013 was "Think Healthy, Eat Healthy, Act Healthy...Be Healthy!" Entries
must be received by December 31, 2013 2014
