The Gateway Family YMCA, Union, NJ is planning a Hawaiian Luau themed event. Participants will wear grass skirts and leis for dance exercise, followed up with a party in their lobby.

Country Meadows Retirement Community, Mechanicsburg, PA will be hosting a fitness trail walk that will include balance activities, followed by back massage and smoothies!

The Audubon YMCA, Norristown, PA plans a full day of activities with fitness activities, free chair massages, meditation, and healthy cooking demonstrations.

The Fairfax Parks & Recreation Department, Fairfax, VA will offer free exercise classes for the day, including cardio strength, and senior stretch and balance.

Vantage House, Columbia, MD will repeat their 10,000 Steps and More Program for their 2nd year hosting an event.

Anytime Fitness, Covington, GA will have free Zumba Gold and Yoga Fitness Gold classes, along with free refreshments and special offers.

The Yellow Springs Senior Center, Yellow Springs, OH is planning a “flash mob” in the street near their senior center

The Hudson Hearing Clinic, Hudson, WI will offer free hearing screenings and blood pressure checks.

The Seagoville Senior Center, Seagoville, TX has invited a benefits counselor from the Dallas Area Agency on Aging to answer questions about Medicare and Medicaid.

The J. Leonard Levy Family Wellness Center, Aurora, CO event includes a vendor fair, super foods lunch and learn, and other wellness presentations.

CWPV Connections, Sun Lakes, AZ is planning an event with their “I Love Walking” group using Exerstrider walking poles.

Glendale Community College, Phoenix, AZ will offer free guest passes for their wellness center, along with a variety of fitness classes.

The City of Vista, Vista, CA will offer an entire day of activities, including a morning walk, healthy snacks, and a special smartphone class showing health and fitness apps available.

SCAN Health & Wellness Center, Ventura, CA will host a “Pacific Striders” fitness walk with measured walks of different lengths led by their fitness staff.

Alaska Regional Hospital, Anchorage, AK is planning a health fair featuring both their hospital staff and local vendors.
